So as an example, to go with the food analogy, if I want to be a better cook, I will make more healthy meals than my average diet. This one was a little hard to get my head around but the Healthy Food App is basically a mobile app that allows you to create your own meals and dishes based on your food preferences and create a meal plan based on your current diet. I got my first taste of it after having a friend try it out and they were really happy with it.

The app actually works on a few different devices so I’m not sure if it’s even a thing to do on your own, but if you want to go to a new country you could try to do this in the app.
