I love this podcast, it is one of the best podcasts out there and definitely one of my favorite ones. I’m a huge fan of all the topics discussed in the podcast, and this one is no exception. I’ve never been a big fan of the term “Self-Awareness”, but the concept is so important and I do think that it is more of a misnomer.

I dont really see where the term Self-Awareness can be applied to the world of the internet. Everyone seems to be on autopilot, and most of the time, I think that its important to think about things in context. At the same time, I don’t think that everyone should be on autopilot all of the time, and for sure, most people should not be taking the path of least resistance.

I think the term “Self-Awareness” is a misnomer. While it is true that most of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot, that doesn’t mean that our thoughts and actions are not still a part of our conscious awareness. We can be aware of our thoughts, we can still be aware of our actions.

What I’m getting at is that while most of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot, we are still here and still in the world. Our actions and thoughts are not the same.

Sounds like we’re in trouble. We need a better way to think about our thoughts and actions, because our thoughts and actions seem to be getting in the way of our lives, and they are too often more distracting than useful. We’re all prone to distraction, so we need a way to stop our mind from doing random things that seem to be taking us places we don’t want to go, but that are distracting.

Our brains are hardwired to be highly social, so we tend to be drawn into groups and relationships. Because we are highly social, our minds tend to be cluttered with social interactions, so we tend to end up with more distractions. We can learn to stop doing all of the things that are distracting our minds from making the connections necessary to make our lives better. We can learn to focus better on what we actually need, which is what we are actually doing.

I really like pchan666’s idea of being a social butterfly with a lot of different social groups, but I think that would be very draining. Instead, I think that it would be more beneficial to take some time for yourself and create some of your own “social butterflies.” It sounds like a lot of work, but you’d get to see lots of cool stuff.
