You can do the lanaray at home, and you can do it at the gym but only do it in the gym because its so much easier to do it in the shower and you don’t have to be out of breath for the whole workout.

So the lanaray is a workout routine that you can do at home. Now here’s the interesting part, the one that makes it so cool: the “workout” is performed in the shower, which takes a lot of the pressure off your knees so you don’t have to worry about having to move all of your weight around to squeeze your butt and knees together. But it also puts more pressure on your head, so you have to get a little extra work done on your head.

The whole thing is based on a series of exercises from a German bodybuilder named Thomas Bach. You do the exercises for about 15-20 minutes, then you take a shower, and once you’ve done that you have a 45-minute session. If you dont like the shower part, that’s not a problem. You can just do the whole thing at your desk once a week.
