We also know that we have to be self-aware of everything we do and say. It is a fact, and we will have to deal with it on a daily basis. But not just any day, but every day. The best we can do is to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
At this point in our careers, we’re only aware of our feelings because we’re so busy thinking about them. We’re aware of what we may need to do but ignore doing it, and of the people we may need to talk to but ignore talking to them. This is a classic example of the “self-awareness gap,” or “self-awareness deficiency.
But let’s be clear, we’re only aware of ourselves when we are aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. That’s why we call it the “self-awareness gap.” And if we’re not conscious of our actions, we’re also not conscious of our thoughts. This is why we need to be aware of our feelings and be conscious of our thoughts.
The self-awareness gap is a self-awareness deficiency, or self-awareness deficiency.

In self-awareness deficiency, your thoughts, feelings, and actions all seem to be a constant stream of information about yourself that you are unaware of. You have no awareness of the thoughts, feelings, or actions that are happening in your mind.
The problem with self-awareness deficiency is that it can be a very difficult condition to deal with. Many people who are self-aware have difficulty getting into the right mental space to change their thinking. You have to really force yourself to look at your thoughts and feelings and make a conscious effort to not let your mind go into autopilot.
