I learned that in life. You have to find a strength and a weakness in yourself to get what you want and you have to learn how to use your body in a way that makes it your own.
The more you focus on the parts of your body that make you feel like you have control over it, the more you learn to control it. The best way to start is to exercise. The best way to stop is to stop doing it. Find a gym and exercise. Go swimming and yoga and go to the gym. Find a coach and work your way through it. You will learn that in life all you need is one thing you can control.
